As I continued my journey this week, I learned that I am really interested in the research that I am doing over sports medicine. This week I thoroughly enjoyed researching articles over data involving sports medicine and getting a deeper analysis of them.
During this week, I got more of a professional feel through this program. We worked on creating a resume, creating possible interview questions, and an annotated bibliography. As I was creating a resume, I loved that I finally get to showcase my skills and experience with others just on a piece of paper. As I created my interview questions, I enjoyed thinking of the possible advice the professionals can give me. My favorite assignment this week was the annotated bibliography because I did my first true in depth learning of studies currently going on as sports medicine evoles.
I am beginning to feel growth in my journey as I feel more confident and knowledgable as I proceed into studying this career. Although getting the main point of each article was hard at times, I feel as though I really overcame that by just simply rereading and thinking outside the box. I continue to feel accomplished as keep taking small, successful steps into learning more about this profession.
