This past week in ISM, I finalized the details with my mentor, but most importantly I put in a lot of time for my original work project. This week was a very busy and productive one, but I was very accomplished as I was putting together some important information from my research for my project.
To finalize the details with Mrs. Wooldridge, I had to send her some messages letting her know about the details of the program as well as get her to complete the background check. I am very thrilled to have her as my mentor, and I believe that I will gain very useful knowledge from her guidance. For my project, I conducted a lot of research that I know will be beneficial to my product regarding common sports injuries. I did end up switching up my plan from creating a presentation for athletes to making a poster that could potentially hang in a gym or trainer’s room. I found a template that I liked and began to add details and some information that will be on the poster.
This week was highly productive and quite successful as I had the opportunity to complete a lot of my work. I am looking forward to having my original work project finished and getting to know my mentor better.
